LightCastle Partners has signed an agreement with BRAC to undertake the project titled “Making Use of Longitudinal Data from BRAC Services to Map User Journeys and Generate Lessons on Ecosystem Enablers for Capital.” This initiative aims to leverage longitudinal data from BRAC services to analyze how BRAC’s women beneficiaries interact with these services over time and what external factors contribute to their ability to access capital along this journey.
The overarching goal is to deepen BRAC’s understanding of the pathways women undertake to escape poverty and reinforce the services that positively facilitate their economic mobility.
LightCastle will analyze the historical data of BRAC, including data related to microfinance, ultra-poor graduation, health, urban development, education, and livelihood training. It will present the opportunity to not only understand the user journey but also to discern existing gaps within the data infrastructure of BRAC and develop tailored technical solutions to fortify BRAC’s existing & future projects to facilitate sustainable transformations within the communities they serve.
Additionally, the project will enhance beneficiaries’ access to tailored services; promoting economic empowerment through refined, data-driven interventions. Ultimately, the initiative seeks to catalyze sustainable socio-economic advancement, empowering beneficiaries to overcome poverty’s cycle and achieve lasting improvements in their lives.
In alignment with LightCastle Partners’ mission to develop systemic and data-driven growth and impact opportunities in emerging markets, the partnership aims to provide actionable insights, elevate BRAC’s initiatives, and foster innovation, inclusivity, and resilience within the communities they support.
